The Tahoe Donner HOA fee for 2011 is $1330. The HOA fees are collected from every property owner and owners with multiple properties pay the annual fee for each piece of property owned. Tahoe Donner has a number of amenities including: Trout Creek Recreation Center (2 pools, gym, spas, steam room, sauna, locker rooms etc.), Northwoods Club House, Golf Course, Downhill and Cross-Country Ski Areas, Donner Lake Private Beach and Marina, Tennis Complex, Equestrian Center and the Alder Creek Campground. Only the Golf Course, Ski areas and Equestrian Center are open to the public.

All the amenities have a use fee. Tahoe Donner homeowners may purchase an optional Recreation Pass($220 per year for 4 family members) which allows unlimited use of Trout Creek, Northwoods Club House, the Tennis Complex and Donner Lake Beach and Marina. Without a “Rec” Pass there is a once per day fee to use the amenities. Guests are required to pay the daily fee to use the amenities. Homeowners pay a discounted use fee from the public rates for Golfing and Skiing. Homeowners may also purchase a discounted season pass for the Golf Course and Ski Areas.
