Gray's Crossing: Five distinctive neighborhoods, each offering an assortment of lifestyle options for any family. Single family homes, homesites and townhomes are available. Many of the homes and homesites have dramatic mountain views and feature golf course frontage or border forested open space. All homes are new.

Old Greenwood: This premier four season resort community is the home of the Jack Nicklaus signature golf course. Located just East of Truckee, off Highway 8o, Old Greenwood encompasses 600 acres of beautiful pine trees and blue sage covered hills.

Lahonton: Located in Martis Valley at the base of Northstar. Currently one of Tahoe’s more exclusive communities. Gated with a golf course, a first class spa with workout rooms for men and women, pool, tennis courts and croquet. Also enjoy world class dining from an award winning executive chef.

Schaffer's Mill: Located just west of Martis Camp and Lahonton. This private community boasts a golf course, community center and many other members-only facilities both in Truckee and at Lake Tahoe. A slightly more affordable option to Lahonton or Martis Camp. This area is worth a look.

Martis Camp: Luxury Tahoe Living that is focused on community in camp-like setting. One of the newest communities in the Truckee – North Lake Tahoe Area.

Sierra Meadows: Mostly a local neighborhood though some have second homes here. Easy access to lots of activities, Highway 80, and multiple mountains for skiing.

Winter Creek: A newer development by GLA Morris Construction. Excellent build quality and modern style all while being in the center of Truckee.

Donner Lake: An eclectic blend of old and new. Depending on where at Donner Lake you are there are restaurants and activities within walking distance. Farther out is ideal for mountain biking and hiking.

Prosser Heights & Prosser Lakeview: Just north of Truckee near Prosser Reservoir. In the summer, Prosser Reservoir offers many outdoor activities to partake in. Slightly farther from ski resorts than other areas.

Glenshire & Devonshire: Very local heavy neighborhoods. Relatively few second homes in these areas.

Juniper Creek: Very far outside of Truckee. Small roads and snow make this a hard area to access in the winter sometimes. Be cautious of picking this area for a ski cabin.

Martis Valley: Large area near the Truckee Airport. Mix of locals and 2nd homes. Good access to Hwy 267 and Northstar.
