Market Snapshot: August 2016
So far, it has been a great month for real estate in Tahoe! From August 1st through August 15th of 2016, residential sales continue to significantly outpace sales for the same period in 2015.
This year to date, there have been 629 residential properties sold below $1,000,000.
The median sales price is $565,000 which is up 8%.
Coldwell Banker has over 11% of the active listings on the market and continues to be the market leader for listings.
