Luxury Home Sales Over $1.0 Million:  Luxury sales for properties priced above $1,000,000 are up over 54%.  For 2016, there have been 277 luxury properties sold as compared to 179 sold last year for the same period.

The average sale price of luxury homes in 2016 stands at $2,330,475 as compared to $2,313,093 in 2015 and is up almost 1%.
