Tahoe's Luxury Real Estate sales for properties priced above $1M are up 90%!

This year so far there have been 177 luxury properties sold.

The median sales price is down 16% from last year to $1,510,00.

Pending sales through the middle of August are at 248 residential sales which is up slightly from the previous two week period.
