February Market Update 2022
The Market continues to trend up with some properties selling as "Quiet Sales". A quiet sale is a property that goes into escrow with an accepted offer before it ever hits the open market.

In the past few months 26 properties sold that never hit the open market and were sold as "Quiet Sales". Currently there are 82 properties in escrow. Half of these properties we not on the market 2 weeks before they were in escrow, with a median list price of $1,995,000.
Currently there are 61 Single Family Homes available on the Truckee, and North & West Shores of Tahoe. 7 of these properties are listed under $1M and 4 of the properties are listed over $10M.
