Dollar Point is a fantastic area of Tahoe with gorgeous views and a laid back feel. Though the Single Family Homes are priced a bit higher than some other subdivisions - the amenities more than make up for that. Dollar Point has many of the same characteristics as the highlands, with the advantages of a private beach, pier, buoys, pool, two tennis courts and a club house. It's close to Tahoe City so many houses have lake views. Dollar Point is the ONLY area, that some buyers will consider purchasing a home. Many of my clients will only look at Dollar Point, due to the amenities, the proximity to Tahoe City and the great rental and resale this neighborhood maintains.

Dollar Point Association membership is voluntary and the amenities are excellent.
